Keep airway clear:
Use a rubber suction bulb / nasal aspirator to gently clear mucus.Put a few drops of normal saline nasal drops (not decongestants) before suctioning.
Keep baby upright (in your arms, not flat) to make breathing easier.
Humidified air (cool mist humidifier or steam in bathroom) can help loosen mucus.
Ensure feeding: Offer small, frequent feeds. If baby cannot feed at all → urgent hospital care.

سانس کی نالی صاف رکھیں:
ربڑ کے سکشن بلب / نوزل اسپریٹر کا استعمال کرکے ناک سے بلغم آہستگی سے نکالیں۔
سکشن کرنے سے پہلے ناک میں چند قطرے نارمل سیلائن ڈراپس ڈالیں (ڈی کنجیسٹنٹ استعمال نہ کریں)۔
بچے کو سیدھا رکھیں:
بچے کو اپنی گود میں سیدھا تھامیں، بالکل لیٹائیں نہیں۔ اس سے سانس لینے میں آسانی ہوگی۔
نم ہوا فراہم کریں:
کول مسٹ ہیومیڈیفائر یا باتھ روم میں بھاپ کے ذریعے فضا میں نمی پیدا کریں تاکہ بلغم نرم ہو سکے۔
کھلانے کا خیال رکھیں:
بچے کو بار بار تھوڑا تھوڑا دودھ پلائیں۔
اگر بچہ بالکل دودھ نہیں پی رہا → فوراً اسپتال لے جائیں
