I am having headache from 3 to 5 days. Gale mein b dard ha plus light cough. Also my nose is blocked. Breathing mein issue ho raha ha. I am overthinking that these are corona symptoms. Please suggest something. I have taken softin tablet but same condition.

isolate yourself from other family members first. next thing is take Panadol 6 hourly 2 tablets tablet telfast D at night only. increase liquid intake and take steam inhalation morning and night
xynocine nasal spray tds tab telfast 60 mg 1bd
U have allergic rhinitis
Do steam inhalation for 3 times a day
Along with tab telfast d at night
If u have fever then tak simple panadol x 6 hourly
If symptoms not resolve consult online
Take plenty of fluids water
Avoid dehydration
Avoid outside allergen dust or pollen
Keep on room temperature if
Sore throat not resolve will take antibiotic
Keep isolated with other
