Aslamulaikum, i woke up in morning, and i drank tea first uske baad i went to bathroom i washed my face and cleared my throat, then i spitted in sink, maine dekha usme thora sa blood tha, bohot kam, dobara spit kiya to nhi tha, dobara kiya tou bhi nhi tha, sirf throat clear kiya tab aya, please help me i am concerned.
