Asking for Father, Male, 58 years old, Karachi
I have attached BP Monitoring Report of my Father, Please have a look and suggest.
Currently he is taking Zestril 20 Mg, "Bayer (Aspirin NSAID Pain Reliever) 81 MG" Everyday and Lipiget 20 MG (On and Off) .
These Days He is doing something which is quite stressful.
Kindly Suggest.

1st of all , is he smoker, diabetic or any other disease along high bp? does he have any cardiac history?
BP is ok for this dose and age .
provide us a renal profile along serum electrolytes.
for cholestrol he should have take the tab regularly.
rest of precautions u knew like low salt, low fat diet and moderate excerise is mandatory

He is not smoker , no diabetic or any other disease. His father had cardiac and sugar issues.
My uncle is also a Dr , He has changed the medicine of BP.
