Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, Lahore

For the past two weeks, I am working late to prepare for my mid exams, having a lack of sleep and tiring routine. in these two weeks, I have experienced a severe headache thrice and when checked my bp on these three occasions the upper limit crossed 130cand once touched 140. I also go to the gym every day. is this routine and lack of sleep and excessive screen time causing the problem.
