Dear all my father is 65 aur unka BP control nhe horha don't know why. Har roz BP track krte hain but high hota hai. Sir Dard be rhta h une aur chest be heavy feel hota. today BP is 185/ 112. please suggest any medicine or any diet plan. JazkAllah
