Talk to General Physician on Blood Pressure Vs Anxiety
Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Lahore
I have anxiety since one year and my blood pressure alway come 110/80 before anxiety but after this it fluctuate between 110/80, 120/85, 130/90 and also heart beat 80-100, and weight=65 with 5.5" height, does anxiety is cause increase in blood pressure ?and does it come back to normal after anxiety goes away? , need your opinion

At 130/90 should i consult to doctor?
Either i go to psychatiarast/psychology to treat anxiety or general physician to treat blood pressure.
