Regarding seriousness of the condition usually it is a manageable non serious condition called hypothyroidismm.
But for making diagnosis we hv to ask u about detailed history of ur symptoms and examine u for any swelling and other signs.
If u have any swelling in front of ur neck then u should go for Thyroid scan. FT3 and FT4 blood test
In any case u should see an endocrinologist.

As per your report TSH level is elevated which most likely indicates hypothyroidism but u need to go for serum T3 and serum T4. Which confirms ur diagnosis and treatment will start... No worries inshaallah u will be fit and fine..
