2 types of blood cells are low, make consultation with hematologist
platelets are low might be due to fatty liver.as its since long time n not causing any bleeding then its ok.fatigue has nothing to do with platelets. you. should keep an eye on his liver functioning by a couple of test.if he is under observation of any doctor then good.other wise you should consult.you can consult online too.
