Talk to General Physician on Blood Test Report For Heart

Sir we are done with echocardiography twice recently, one doctor said there is leakage in vall you need surgery urgently.Other doctor said no need of surgery just follow the medicine at this stage, and recommended to bring this(attached report)+ chest x_ray report in next visit after stabilizing the patient temperature.

Your mum has diastolic heart failure which mean heart chamber is thick and stiff and heart doesn’t fill well.what are her symptoms? Does she have ankle swelling or shortness of breath does she have hypertension?
She certainly doesn’t need any heart valve replaced there is mild leak in valve but doesn’t warrant replacement.treatment is with water tablets like furosemide controlling Bp and and carefully introducing beta blockers and other drugs.I am happy to discuss management plan if you wish to be mindful I am based in Uk so only contact after 5 pm UK TIME.
