dear i am sorry to hear about your Mum.the situation seems a bit tricky.it apper your mum might have developed complications as result of hepatitis in which liver shrinks and fail to work.This leads to high risk of bleeding.i think your mum need lot of more investigations
she needs
1/ endoscopy to look for from where she is bleeding and some treatment of bleeding area
2/ she need usg /ct and fibroscan to look for degree of cirrhosis
3/she need input from some gastroentrologist/hepatologist
there are lot of things on prescription probably not indicated
there is not need for vit k injection till the time one has rule out that there is no blockage in blood vessels
she need omeprazole, propranolol
this consultant who has written this prescription need bashing it seems more of psychiatrist prescription rather gastro and lot of medication given are more harmful given liver situation.i feel so angry looking at this type of practice why cant we say please take the patient to someone who knows better for a particular problem .
she clearly need to be seen by herpetologist and avoid all the medication other than propranol 40mg tds and omeprazole 40mg od .
her depression is probably interferon induced and should improve one has to be very carefull to use any medication as her liver is not working well .

She should be evaluated and managed accordingly . I needs to be checked whats the current status of liver and then manage accordingly
