Last week, my son fell ill with a sore throat and had a fever of 102°F. Shortly after he recovered, I developed a sore throat as well. I usually don’t get a fever, but this time I had a very high fever. I took Arinac Forte and used Rondec syrup, though I didn’t follow a proper medication schedule. The fever has now subsided, but I continue to experience constant body aches and extreme fatigue. I often feel dizzy, as if there is fluid moving inside my head, accompanied by pain. please guide

This is most probably a viral infection. Take a lot of fluids along with antihistamine Tab Kestine 10 mg and Tab Panadol for fever. Get your blood CP done.
