Apko Iron deficiency hyi hai, Kya is report se pahle apko koi Infection hya tha?
Mazeed confirmation k liye Serum Ferritin, TIBC, Iron k levels check krwa len. Vit. D aur Calcium ki kami ki wja se bhi ye symptoms feel ho skte hn, wo bhi check krwa len.

MCV aur MCH thora sa kam hai, jo k Iron ki deficiency ki wja se hota hai.
Tab. IroPoly-F (take 1 tablet daily) Avoid taking with food and tea, becauss it reduces absorption. Take either 1 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. Best to take early in the morning 1 hour before breakfast.
If it causes any kind of stomach irritation, take it with food but still avoid taking with milk, tea, coffee or foods high in calcium.
