From 3 days mera gala kharb ha with temperature between 99 to 100. Im talking hyderlin dm and panadol. But i have extreme body pain and my shoulders are stiff and some time flu b ho jata ha. When i woke up after some sleep i feel my body is stiff especially shoulders. Please guide me.
Start a course of antibiotics.
1 Tab Klaracid 500mg 12hourly for 7 days
1 Tab Arinac 12 hourly for 7days
2 Tab Pontans 12 hourly for 7 days
Arinac might make make you little drowsy so avoid driving. Rest as much as you can. Add Yakhni to diet.

this most probably viral Please do gargles with tab Ansid 100mg disolve water in little 3 times a day and tab nubrol forte 1 tds and panadol 1 tds dont use extreme cold and hot and dont lift heavy weights

Tab. Fexofenadine 120mg once daily.
Cap. Cefixime once daily.
Tab.panadol in case of fever.
Continue for 05 days.
it's better to get cbc so v can rule out dengue.
just take Panadol until u get cbc report
i fail to understand why we are so insensitive to abx prescribing.can anyone explain indication for abx prescribing what to talk of broad spectrum.why dont we appreciate the fact they may cause more harm than benifit.
The history is clearly very suggestive of URTI and patient is probably getting viremic myalgic pains.
optimum hydration and analgesia might be all needed.i would sugggest to see a clinician if symptoms fail to resolve in 3/4 days

True.. why giving hardcore anti biotics for just sore throat, where as it could be just viral.. mind blowing is that 3 rd generation cephalosporins also prescribing..
Paracetamol and salt watet gargling will help ..

Appears to be a viral infection take an antihistamine like aerius once a day for five days and voltfast sachet .Should you not improve see a doctor in person .
You should be taking ORS ... take panadol for body aches and you can gargle with salt and water and that will give you a soothing effect.

u need to get your cbc done and see in person if needed

Ok. Take Tab Azomax 250mg 8 hourly for 7 days.
Gargle with warm salt water frequently.
