Body Pain And Tiredness

I am 20 years old and I feel very weak and exhausted the whole day. when I wake up in the morning I feel intense body pain and to get out of bed for me is tough. when I stand up my vision gets blurred and dark and my body vibrates strangely. This weak and tiredness remains throughout the day and continues to the next day.
