Actually i am addicted to using Naswar(mouth tobacoo) 3years ago and berore it was normal for my health and now i am facing few health issue like breathing problem, tiredness,weakness, shoulder pain, gastric problem. Now i dont know how to leave this habit. 3 years before i feel fresh young and healthy and doing exercises and running morning walk but now dnt like to do. please help me from which doctor have to get consultation.. please help me.
