Talk to General Physician on Body Pain In Legs Arms And Hips

My mother is having severe pain in arms legs and hips since last 3 years .. she is unable to sleep at night because of if she woke up at midnight she feels shivering or suffer from (hath paon ka sun hjana ) her legs are getting thinner day by day .. loosing mass ... 1 year before sugar test was done and it came normal .. so my question is what could be the problem ? And is problem ki diagnosis k liye konse test krwane chahye ?? Knsi medication help kre gy arms and legs k pain ko khatam krne k liye ?? And someone suggested k RA factor test krwa len ?? is condition men RA test krwaya jaskta he ??
