Talk to General Physician on Body Pain, Low Blood Pressure, Anemia, Weakness

Assalamualaikum,

For the last 2-3 months I have been having constant pain in my left arm.

**In the beginning:** Whenever I did any heavy work like washing clothes or lifting weight, I got severe pain in my left arm. My veins felt like they were being pulled, and I had pain in bones and muscles too. The pain used to start from under my arm and go to my back, shoulder and also to the left side of my chest.

**Now:** I don’t do heavy work anymore but still I have pain in my arm almost all the time. If I do even a little bit of work, the pain starts again very badly.

**Other symptoms:** 1. I have blood deficiency - my face looks pale 2. I am underweight 3. I get tired very quickly and feel short of breath even with little work 4. My blood pressure is often low

Kindly guide me what could be the reason for this and which tests should I get done. Thank you
