Asalamulikum I have so many questions to ask..Im married mother of 1 kid.. the main problem is about my weight I was 53kg before marriage after weaning off my kid I lost 13 kg.. now Im 47kg.. but Its been almost 3 months and I’m not gaining weight everybody ask kia hogea hai itni kamzor q hogai ho.. this thing made me cry..secondly I feel pain in my body.. every single day I complain with legs pain .. backace.. my shoulder n neck pain is severe.. I don’t feel hungry at all.. To be honest mujhy lagta hai kahien cancer to nhi hogea mujhy.. mai har din depression mai jarahi.. please help Last thing I have done all blood n urine tests they were normal..

excuse me all worthy docs..... i had a chest pain and i went to a physician for treatment.... he gave me medicines... but now i feel like i can't stop thinking.... means aisa lagta hai k sochta rehta hun ye problem hogi ya ye problem hogi..... heart beat tezz hona start ho jati hai aur darny lagta hun... to kindly samjha den k kia prblm ho sakti hai ye depression kis waja sy hai mujhe.... that doc ran few tests on me like kindey, ECG everything iz fine but em still cannot stop thinking plz help me plz
