Asalam Alaikum, Male 35 year, no medical history. Problem, Forehead pr sun pana (numbness) tha. jo ke slowly slowly face pr phel raha hy. ye left paon hy panjy pr b hay. back pr b hy aur slowly slowly body mein phel raha hay. patho ka khichao b hy. dil mein aisy lgata hy khichao hy suian si b chubti mehsos hoti hain. weakness si b feel hoti hy. lazyness hy body mein. koi b tention ki bat ho jaye breath mein aisy lgta hy kami ho ri hy. aj sy pory aik sal pehly kuch b ni tha. during 1 year ye sb ho ra hy. please tell me what is all this and what is the solution for this.
