I am all normal Alhumdulilah but get bones and joint pain sometimes, i do drink milk on alternative days. I feel like i am pale and may have anemia. I wanted to ask if i should take osteocare and iberet tablet, is it safe or not ? Please guide me
yes it's safe. u can take daily and then after a Mt get ur iron and VIT d test done.
You should do CBC test although you can take iron and ca no harm in that

R u toddler why u drink milk are only for kids have u seen a young cow drink milk and u want give profit to pharma any extra u take will deposit in ur body when extra calcium will deposit in ur body do CBC AND SERUM CALCIUM THAN ONLY DECID ABOUT U NEED ANY THING OR NOT

But i heard everywhere that drinking glass of milk is necessary daily and i guess there is difference between a cow and human metabolism

First test for deficiency

drink 2 glass milk daily
You can take these calcium/vitamin D supplements, there is no harm as they contain only the daily required amount.
For Anemia, do get a CBC done.
