I am thalassemia minor and have no issues Alhumdulilah except for body weakness, i cant take medicine without doctor consultations as it causes many effects, my weight is 45kg and height is 5’3. I want to gain some kgs as i am too week. I took proteins even and a lot of different things. I hope someone here will guide or suggest me something. Thank you
