Body Weakness Fatigue And Hairfall

kindly suggest me tablets which have magnesium,iron,zinc,calcium and VIT D in it cuz I cant take multiple medicines, I need all in one ,nutrifactor has that one medicine should I take that or not. Currently I am taking vit D in liquid form after 3 months and serbex z and iberet folic for zinc and iron deficiency but they seem heavy on my stomach so I need a capsule that fulfills all deficiency in my body due to which I am facing hair fall issue whenever I stop taking these medicines my hair fall starts on extreme level I don't have pcos or other thyroid issues. My eating habits are also not good to fulfill my deficiency through natural food.
