Bodyache After Second Dose Vaccine

i got sinoVac second dose on 10th august. from 2 to 3 days now i have severe headache. pain in different body parts. but from last night its in my left leg and left arm and i can feel pain in the area i got injection in my left arm. i am not sure is it vaccine or something else ??
