I am 38 and i am quite concerned about my bone health.i try to add daily intake of dairy products in my diet to avoid calcium deficiency.please recommend some good calcium to prevent osteoporosis in women of my age.

Get checked you vit d levels. bone density test (DEXA Scan) is of no utility in pre-menopausal women unless some risk factors involved.

1. It's good to concerned about your health but you are completely okay no pain no stiffness then why you are worried.
2. First you need to do simple Lab Tests.
3. Don't intake that much calcium.
4. Take sunbathe is pure vit D.
5. Lab test:
CBC, S-CA, VIT D3
after 30 its recommended every female should take calcium n vit d
