u can correct ur deficiency by taking healthy diet walk in sunlight n supplements n vit d drops if needed all depends on your vit d levels
for now walk or sit in sunlight from 9 am to 12 pm.
drink milk yogurt have fish cereals
tab osnate d daily after breakfast.

thanks for reply doctor.... I drink milk n yogurt on daily fish in winter season... fruit shakes n juices Nhi keti hun according to the season... last time when I got checked vitamin d level it was below year before... recently test nhin kraya... symptoms men lower back shoulder n back head . neck (specially when I take bath in winter) legs feet pain ...

ok dear no need to worry u r doing great. stick to ur routine take surbex z osnate d n do walk on regular basis 45 min for 5 days a week try in morning or any time of day
