don't play with these dangerous medicine instead of that visit a specialist physician and manage high BP appropriately
You give capotine s/l bp is still high after 30 mins give another one... You can't do more than this at home... Better to take your patient to nearby hospital as soon as you give first s/l capotin.
rasised Bp can lead to stroke and many complications so pls after capoten just rush to the medical ER.

I suggest don't use any medication other than caption per oral with water never ever under tongue and target BP is decline 25% not more than that so after giving capotin consult with your doctor because saving few hundreds is way more expensive than big loss is encourage again discuss with your doctor before any medication
