aoa hope you all doing well and fine.. drs i gave birth on 14th jan. i have a history of anxiety. but this time anxiety was on its another level. been to psychiatrists and psychologists. and anxiety is being sorted out.
the prob is whenever i check my bp at home the diastolic pressure is usually above 80's. and systolic 130 or lower..
my weight is 88 kgs at 5 foot 8 inches
