AOA When i check my bp with a good digital meter at home its less than 140 like max 138 i got for past 2weeks i m regularly checking But in hospital my bp is in range 150-165 Should i start using bp medicine or can control with healthy lifestyle??

and it can get better just by adopting a healthy lifestyle and avoiding too much salt
W/s... U need to make a bp record with daily reading morning n evening for one week.... If it fall in raised blood pressure then u should consult with Dr to strt antihypertensive...!
