AOA When i check my bp with a good digital meter at home its less than 140 like max 138 i got for past 2weeks i m regularly checking But in hospital my bp is in range 150-165 Should i start using bp medicine or can control with healthy lifestyle??
Never ever use electronic bp machine if it cost millions it always erratic self checkup is not recommended always use mercury apparatus which is manual and check nurse
digital BP devices are not reliable best one is mercury apparatus you can use home BP monitoring device also
get your BP checked on regular basis
and it can get better just by adopting a healthy lifestyle and avoiding too much salt
W/s... U need to make a bp record with daily reading morning n evening for one week.... If it fall in raised blood pressure then u should consult with Dr to strt antihypertensive...!
Make BP recording chart of at least 2 week then medicine wi be prescribed
