I have an issue for the past few years that my brain became mauf and its very hard to memories things as well as recall them. What I think is that it's the result of excessive heat produced by stomach, that lead to this problem, and it's effecting my life very badly..Can Anyone guide me in this regard

5,6 years back i have consulted few psychologist as well in the same issue but 2,3 months if medication couldn't help..

As I mentioned in the previous reply anything with Garm taseer I take my brain become totally numb, and stomach produces a lot of gases, when I take some cold milk it helps a bit.
