Avoid having lot if pulses beans and peas more often. If most drugs affect feeding breastmilk so does food. Eat more porridge and browns. Keeps hydrated. Everytime you breastfeed have atleast half glass of water,milk or juice. Avoid green vegetables like Cabbage, broccoli. Add more ginger to food.
