ASA
please take the symptoms seriously and get it evaluated
important facts are
is this shortness of breath sudden in nature?
is there any cough fever , wheeze?
any existing lung or heart issues ?
is shortness of breath at rest ?
does she take any medication?
how severe is shortness of breath?
any leg swelling ?
any racing of heart ?
is this one off or intermittent mean now and then symptoms ?
why on oxygen if she is needing oxygen to keep going she must be very unwell and this forum is not best to get advise she should be investigated in hospital with x ray egg, bloods to rule out any heart lung problem
if she is known to have loose motion for a while does she suffer from inflammatory bowl problem that can increase risk of developing clot in lungs which is a life threatening situation
so please act appropriately and sensibly I think issue with our system is affordability
any young patient needing oxygen to breath normally must be considered very unwell to be hospitalised.
you can share results of investigations to get more better understanding of the probable cause
some time very low blood counts (anaemia) that I am not surprised can be common in places like rajanpur need to be identified.
regards
Kashif
