Talk to General Physician on Breathing Issues
Asking For Self, Male, 21 Years old, rahim yar khan
i have been facing breathing issue from a month now been to different pulmonologists even using that capsule inhaler but i still feel i am at same point i was before i want to ask can it be an nephrological issue? sometimes i my heart beats spike for 4 to 5 seconds but my echo and ecg is absolutely fine i am also pre diabetic

according to every pulmonologist i have infection in my airways but my reports are fine most of them gave medication for month but nothing helped and now i am using inhaler but still nit getting better

Being pre diabetic has nothing to do with breathing problems. If your reports are absolutely fine then you don't need to be worried about anything.
Spiking of heart beat is also normal.

i am getting what u saying but i haw infection in my airways because of smoking history its not getting better after medication my brain isn’t working well i feel dizzy most of the time and tired and even pass out in night because of tiredness but my lungs are absolutely fine had that breathing test it was also fine i can’t stay awake late these days because of that i can’t tell the difference bw i am passing out or just sleepy

Do you have chest tightness, cough occassionaly or daily or any other symtoms of chest pain etc
please explain your breathing problem in a detail .

no family history of asthma feel lil bit burden on chest and throat not even noticeable just feel out of breath mostly feel dizzy even pass put sometimes mostly when i my brain is tired breathing issues get worse
