I play football since 6 years. jb bhi me bhagta hn 4 5 mnts tk hi to mjhe sans charhna start hi jata hai bht zyada or aisa lgta hai vomiting ajaye gi. even me agr stairs charhun 10 15 to phr bhi sans phulne lg jaye ga. thori der sans bht phule ga phr rest krn ga thori der or phr kheln ga to phr easily khela jata hai.me ne kafi docs ko dkhaya hai or med khaye hn but nothing.stamina prob nhn coz aksar me 2 hrs easily bhi khel jata hn masla nhn hota tb. whats the issue, what should I do ?

Do you know your bmi? Or height n weight and do you smoke

no I dont smoke at all
bmi is 26.6 now a days. I was never overweight, I gained weight in the past year. apart from that year I was 21 to 22.6 my whole life and I had the similar problem back then as well
