Talk to General Physician on Breathing Problem

From 2 to 3 weeks i am having problem in breathing. In front of heater or in blanket breathing theek rehti hai. But room se bahir jatey hi cold mein breathing problem start ho jati. Can i use ventolin syrup for this problem? Please guide me.
