I have problem oftenly, my breathing gets stopped suddenly while I am sleeping , and then I wakeup suddenly. And gets sit or stand to take breath. I don’t understand why it is so.?

Hi Thanks for reply, yes I snore sometimes, it happens likes once in month or once in twice months. It happens only when I am sleeping. No am not overweight Nore I feel sleepy in daytime work nore while driving. But white color of discharge comes from mouth through back side of nose and sometimes I feel my throat paining a bit.
