Talk to General Physician on Bresthing Difficulty

Assalam o alikum sorry for a long post. I am a female age 32 married having 2 kids. I have high bp often and I am overweight.

My problem is that from last few days im having breathing problem (difficulty breathing). It only happens when im lying down, or sleeping(any side). I can't sleep properly. Even if I ignore it and keep lying it keeps happening again and again. I feel suffocated and want to take deep breaths often. I have had ecg and diabetics test the results were fine. And the doctor said its not heart related. He prescribed me a tablet (Nebil 5mg) for high bp which he said can be a reason for this. But the condition is still same.
