i had protected sex 3 weeks ago but the condom i used was from a new brand which i haven't heard of before , 1 week ago bump appeared on my penis tip and one on my ball and one small one on thigh which has disappeared, i am unable to identify what sort of bump is this. i dont know which doctor to go to or what medicine to take or apply on it im blank on this and im scared what if it is std or a severe disease , please help i have attached the pictures

discharge from the bump is unnoticeable, i tried squeezing it there was very little discharge that also transparent
it itches if touched and pains if squeezed or touched
