Talk to General Physician on Burning Pain In Feet And Breathing Problem.

#MustReadPlease Im suffering from too much burning Pain in front parts of both feet since 2 months and I also have continuous breathing problem since 3 years. Doctors told me that the burning pain is because of deficiency of Vitamin D. So for month, I took treatment and now my Vitamin D3 Level has been increased from 24 to 70+, which is too much. I can’t even sleep properly and the pain is too much especially while laying that being an Adult I can’t even bear it a little bit.

The question I want to ask is: Should I go to Neuro Physician? Because some of the symptoms I feel are related to Peripheral Neuropathy. Or should I just go to General Physician? Also recommend me any tablet for burning pain relief? And also let me know if you know any best Neuro Physician in Karachi. Thank you!
