Talk to General Physician on Burning Sensation In My Upper Back

What should I do? I am feeling burning sensation in my upper back from last 3 months. Secondly ringing in ears and my nostrils closed alternativly during day time. I have consulted many doctors but they said you have no problem. But I am sick of this condition. Kindly suggest me what type of doctor I should consult or what is mine basic problem.
