Salam, I am 22 years old male from isb. I am not addicted to fizzy drinks nor I drink them too much however, if i drink a can of 7up or sprits even once in a week. I get very stingy and burning urine. After urinating i feel a pressure/slight pain in my scrotum side. Although after a few hours when i drink water. It gets fixed automatically. Also, i normally drink 2-2.4 litre water daily. And i feel sudden urges to urinate. Is there any problem?
simply avoid, fizzy drinks, most of the these drinks contain caffein and thats a diuretic meaning more frequent urination. nothing to worry about
