Talk to General Physician on CABG, HEART , BYPASS

We need little advice about one of our uncle. He had gone thru angiography in 2004 and was inserted with one stent. Now he suffered another heart attack, went through another angiography. This time the doctors observed that stents may not be beneficial for him becz he is suffering from Triple-vessel disease. Now the doctors are advising him CABG surgery but he is not willing for it. We need your advice what is best for him as the doctors said that otherwise 5-6 may need to be inserted.  He is 57 years. I am attaching reports, Please have a look.
