My mother is hypertensive but with controlled blood pressure,Taking medicine. Can I give her Cac 1000 once a day? is it suitable for hypertensive patients? She is also having low blood pressure now a days

Triforge 10/160/12.5 ,she was taking easy day before this kdcn,but Bp got uncontrolled two years ago so doctor changed her medicine.
