W.A, Honey also contains sugar named as Fructose, Taking Honey on daily basis will definitely increase blood sugar level. It is better to take 5-6 Almonds alone they will help to prevent neurological complications of Diabetes but if he takes it with Honey it will not be such beneficial but will increase blood sugar levels even if taken in moderate amount.
The solution is to take Almonds alone daily before sleep and consume Honey once a month only one tea spoon.
