My father has slightly disturb RFT and LFT after we test twice one month ago dr said it's actually no need to worry use medicine so can I retest after one month or wait for 2 3 month

Why are the functions impaired? A 70 years old pt needs to have an ultrasound of abdomen and prostate.
You don't have to repeat tests. take the medicine as prescribed and repeat tests after a few months. Usually, there can be an increase in the values but it settles with time.
Your father have high fasting glucose and deteriorating RFTs.... Diabetes is major cause of Kidney failure.... You need to check HbA1c ( good sugar control) , Get Urine RE done with Albumin Creatinine Ratio... ( most probably have start him on ACE inhibitors so that kidneys could be protected) IF He is hypertensive.... BP Control is very important.
