you can take 2 tablet every 6 hours but just for 2-3 days not more as panadol toxicity can be very dangerous

you can take tablet brufen 400 mg 8 hrly with panadol 6 hrly.between these two tablets u should have a gap of 4 hours

Try sponge baths. Soak a piece of clean cloth in cold water, wipe your forehead, face, exposed body parts with the cloth, then repeat.

Kindly avoid excessive Panadol intake.
