Talk to General Physician on Can Someone Read This CT Scan?

Can somebody please read this CT scan to me? Even if it’s not clear please give me an idea of what you can get? I cannot get in touch with a radiologist or pulmonologist for some reason. The scan was taken on 8th day of COVID. The patient is diabetic, oxygen varies from 97-93 but it’s mostly because she has severe cough. Today is 10th day of COVID. She is taking azomax 250 mg, cough syrup, ascard and panadol. Attaching X-ray too. Her Serum CRP is at 4.62 and D-Dimmer is 135. She has no breathing issue. Just severe cough and high fever around 100/101.
