Talk to General Physician on Can Vitamin D Deficiency Cause Tremor In Legs And Arms?

I am facing muscle twitching and tremor in my legs and arms from past 7 months, I want to a physician he ordered me do to some tests which included,serum calcium, vitamin b12, magnesium, potassium, tsh, CPK and 25 hydroxy vitamin d. All tests were in normal levels except vitamin d and it is 11.8 ng/m, the doctor said these all neurological symptoms are caused by vitamin d deficiency. Is 11.8ng/mL severe vitamin d deficiency?

vitamin D deficiency can cause a multitude of problems. It would help if I could see your test reports and consult you online.
then you're definitely deficient but not severely deficient. The ideal levels are better 50 and 100 . You should concentrate on your diet of two eggs and a glass of milk per day and take vitamin D supplement for 4 months. Repeat the test after 4 months.
