Hello, how are you? Please know it is common to have either slight fever or fatigue after the 1st even 2nd dose upto a total of 3 - 4 days. Kindly drink atleast 10 - 12 glasses of warm water on a daily basis and use 2 tabs panadol if the fever is above 100. Otherwise not needed. also do proceed with the 2nd dose, COVID's actual antibodies that is IgG will only develop after 3 - 4 weeks of the 2nd dose.
