I lived in my Khala home there is so many unvaccined cats, i have completed my vaccine in 2023 4 doses + hrig, in June 2025 cat scratch me again In Jinnah Hospital they gave me 2 doses + hrig then i got scratch again in 2025 august i go to jinnah they gave me 0,4,8 and said aap baar baar aa jati hoo ?? i dont money i dont have my parents, my parents live in village what should i do , after 3 doses of vaccine i got scratch again the cat was dead in 10 days i go to indus hospital they said 3 month ke bad expose ho to booster lagenge but little pain in my hand anxiety and i searched they said har expose par 2 doses lazmi?? what to do somebody help me please anybody have free vaccine ? or what please help me i am alone nobody's help me doctors please

No harm if you will post exposure vaccination.but if vaccine not available from govt hospitals then you purchase yourself
For a person who gets exposure to cat infected with rabbies, there are four standard doses for a vaccine, not three. These are at day 0, 3, 7, 14 (sometimes 28).
Not only vaccine, there are two doses for Rabbies immunoglobulin also known as Booster, given at day 0 and day 3.
Then whenever there's a fresh exposure again to infected animals, we need to give Booster again.
